Completely satisfied. We have searched all over and found nothing as great as the deals they were offering. We have searched for months and we wish we had just come here to begin with. This place has friendly salesman that want to know what you are looking for but are in no way pushy or annoying. We weren't attacked by them when we pulled in the lot. We like that the pricing, including finance rates, doc fees, etc are given upfront. Easy transaction, including financing, that could have been tricky to do, but they pulled it off. No games, no messing around. We saved thousands, and we shopped everywhere around and online. Best deals BY FAR. Can't say enough about how sweet this place is. I showed up having not even looked at any inventory online, found exactly what I wanted and walked out in less than an hour having bought the car I wanted. Found these guys online after lots of browsing Autotrader and others. I had a hard time finding good used Suburbans, especially in Washington state where I live. We stopped in to check the place out, unsure if we could trust an internet dealership. Very different from a "standard" dealership. Cache was great (but forgetful with callbacks and checking on our trade-in offer) and took good care of us from the start. While we ended up paying a little more than we would have liked, it was still a better deal than two other local dealerships had offered and way simpler to work with. When we came back the day after deciding to buy the vehicle, we closed the deal in about 20 minutes and we were off with the Suburban (excellent condition, btw). We are quite pleased how the whole thing worked out. I recommend these guys based on our experience. Thanks, Cache! More

This place is legit.When I showed up the office was clean, friendly staff and not pushy. I was suprised to find a full lot of late model cars(should post pics on thier site). I worked with Paden and he showed me several Toyota Siennas, explained the differences. Great service, amazing price. Only complaint was the vehicle did not come with floor mats, but its small compared to the thousands of dollars saved. I came in later in the day and they still did their best and got finanancing through. Wish they sold sports cars too. Great place to buy cars, will definitely return. More
