The salesman, Isaac, approached us to see if we needed help. When my husband told him that we were just looking for a truck to recommend to our son, Isaac was very patient and kind enough to write down for us all of the information that he thought we'd need in order to pass it on to our son. I called my son from the dealership and gave him the info; however, my son wasn't interested in that particular truck. The salesman was still very polite to us, even though we weren't buying from him, and encouraged us that the dealership receives many trucks as trades and offered to call us if a truck came in that he thought our son might possibly be interested in. His service was above and beyond what we expected for a "non-purchasing" customer! We appreciate the respect we've received from this young man! More
