Jeff Harvey was the salesman for at least 2 of the vehicles including today's purchase. He was very professional and very helpful from choosing the vehicle and changing the car seat from the old car to the new one. He is personable and went out of his way to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted The service department is great. They are able to accommodate appointments to work around our schedules and those emergency appointments. They remember our names and ask about family. Excellent Service I walked in to Kent County Motors and was greeted by Jason. I knew I had to work with Jay Lewis because when I inquired about the vehicle online he wa I walked in to Kent County Motors and was greeted by Jason. I knew I had to work with Jay Lewis because when I inquired about the vehicle online he was my contact. Jay was out on a test drive with another potential client when I arrived. Jason and the rest of the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable while I waited. Even started the process with me. By this time Jay was available and took care of me the rest of the way! I got the car I wanted and the service was INCREDIBLE! I felt like part of the crew while I was there. I can't say enough nice things about Kent Count Motors! We met Ashley at Kent motors and had such a pleasant experience she was so helpful and super quick about everything (we had our kids with us) and we weren't there long AND we walked out with a new vehicle a beautiful Chevy Cruze and best yet was our car payment was so reasonable and affordable I am so happy with my new car so great on gas and this is just what we needed and we told her what we were looking for she knew just what to put us in. Best Car Buying Experience....EVER! Unbelievable easy and so stress free. I knew what I wanted in a car just not THE car I wanted. I did my research on-line and narrowed it down to 3-4 choices. I started and ended my search at Kent County Motors thanks to the Jay Lewis, my salesman. There was absolutely no pressure, he simply showed me the car I came to look at, let me take it for a test drive and left it up to me whether I moved on to the next on the list or not. I stayed, Jay found the exact car I wanted and worked up a deal I could live with. Kent County Motors even let me keep my "mommy van" an extra week as my family and I had a vacation planned where we needed to haul a trailer. I honestly can't say enough about the whole buying experience there. Great team of people! More
