I bought a truck at KC Ford in March 2008. The truck had a dead battery when I looked at it, and the salesperson (James S.) promised me if I bought the truck he would put a brand new battery in it, which I a dead battery when I looked at it, and the salesperson (James S.) promised me if I bought the truck he would put a brand new battery in it, which I got in writing. When I showed up to pick up the truck a few days later, the saleperson (James S.) reneged on his promise to replace the battery, even though I had it in writing. Since I was over a barrel having made arrangements for this vehicle, I had little choice but to accept it. Of course, the old battery that they simply recharged died several weeks later and I had to spend an additional 100 bucks to replace it. I would recommend staying away from Kent City Ford. More
