Great service as usual. Easy in & out. Prompt and Friendly. Though, they do tend to be higher in price for service than another Subaru dealer that i have had to use on occas Easy in & out. Had an 8:30 AM appointment and had to wait 2 hours because they were busy. Not understanding why you make appointments and then don't pay attention to the time because you are busy. The work was done and nothing extra was added, good service once it got done. Although the coffee and snacks help when you have to sit around. Everyone is friendly and professional. Everything about my appointment was fine until I got the price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different pl price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different places and all of the prices I received were less than half the price! I got the battery and had it installed elsewhere for less than 300 dollars!!! Subaru needs to do better when it comes to prices of parts!!! More

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Bryan was great(he was curteous,waiting rooms are very nice) but I have noticed the last (at least) two times I visited there for oil changes it has Bryan was great(he was curteous,waiting rooms are very nice) but I have noticed the last (at least) two times I visited there for oil changes it has taken longer than it has in past visits. This is my third Forester. You have set high expectations for service time for oil changes at the Dealership (even without appointments) and for me, the last two times you have fallen a little short. I am still a Subaru fan but have been a little disappointed lately. Maybe my expectations are a little too high for the oil change service? More
