The service & people where great however, I was very disappointed with the cost of an oil change & tire rotation. Even with a $20 off coupon, my bill was $82 which I believe was well over inflate - almo disappointed with the cost of an oil change & tire rotation. Even with a $20 off coupon, my bill was $82 which I believe was well over inflate - almost $100 without a coupon is ridiculous. My husband drives an 2020 Acura and his bill for an oil change & tire rotation was only $65. While I like the people at KR Subaru I feel their service costs is way out of line and will look elsewhere next time I need an oil change & tire rotation. More

Appointment with Kenny Ross Mazda. I had to reschedule my original time from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm which I did easily online the night before using the confirmation email. I was seen promptly upon arrival. 15,000 mile service check completed in less than 1 hour. Discount given on oil change with information on how to receive future oil discounts. Pleasant interactions with all personnel. Overall excellent experience. More
