Convenient and thorough I called to schedule appointment for a routine oil change yesterday, I got in the next day and I was able to pick my appointment time, I arrived for m I called to schedule appointment for a routine oil change yesterday, I got in the next day and I was able to pick my appointment time, I arrived for my appointment and recognized that in 2 wks. my State Inspection would be due in October, I asked the service guy if I was able to do the Inspection also today other than coming back and he said yes, no problem-AWESOME.... he saved me a trip! More

If you have to wait a long time for the service to be completed the customer lounge is very upscale.....a definite plus. More

My experience today was good My appointment was good today. Very quick for my inspection and oil change. I would like to give an opinion on making appointments online. It is difficult to make appointments in a few days or a week ahead. It’s like about a month lead time before you can make an appointment. We called the service department and left a message to see if there was an earlier date available but we never got a call back. More
