Newton was amazing. He called me on the phone right away when I thought my car was having an issue. He then met with me the next day. Turns out it was a silly mistake on my part and the car wasn’t having an when I thought my car was having an issue. He then met with me the next day. Turns out it was a silly mistake on my part and the car wasn’t having an issue, I was just hitting the wrong button. But instead of sending me on my way, he spent a good 20 minutes with me going over other features of my car. He informed me of a few safety features I wasn’t using properly and he couldn’t have been more patient. You have a wonderful company. More

I have been having an ongoing problem with excess oil consumption. It is frustrating that I now need to carry extra oil in my car. Yesterday I accidentally got Jared as a service manager and he listened consumption. It is frustrating that I now need to carry extra oil in my car. Yesterday I accidentally got Jared as a service manager and he listened and helped me more in 15 minutes than anyone has done in all my trips combined at Kenny Ross. He gave me a couple of suggestions and a 800 Subaru help number to call. Thank you Jared for your expertise! More

The waiting area is clean and customer friendly with snacks, coffee and other beverages. Talking to other customers while I waited, all commented on how honest they feel the dealership is. One had gotten an over-$5,000 estimate from another dealership for work Kenny Ross said wasn't needed. Instead, he was going to be paying a $100 deductible for a more minor repair that was covered on his extended warrantee. So glad I got my Subaru Crosstrek at Kenny Ross. From the salesman to the service people to the clerical staff, they are great!!! More

Check and replace front and rear brakes. Upon arriving at my 7:00am scheduled appointment, two service employees welcomed me and we’re ready to take care of my vehicle. After checking my car Upon arriving at my 7:00am scheduled appointment, two service employees welcomed me and we’re ready to take care of my vehicle. After checking my car, I was given a couple options to repair my brakes. The work was performed in a reasonable time and all my questions were answered. I wasn’t able to Pair my new mobile phone to my car, so another service employee was immediately available to assist and solve the problem. All service employees were friendly, helpful and willing to assist with the care of my Subaru Legacy. My car has been serviced at this location for the past 4 years and I will continue to visit here in the future. More
