The tires on my 2020 Forester were going bald at only 6800 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they referred me to their corporate Customer Service Number. After explaining the problem they told me to take 6800 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they referred me to their corporate Customer Service Number. After explaining the problem they told me to take my Forester to Kenny Ross. I went that afternoon and two hours later had 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. At no charge to myself! Kudos to Kenny Ross and Subaru corporate for standing behind their products. More
