We were extremely disappointed with the way our situation was initially handled at the service department level. No managers available on the weekend so we were given a customer advocacy number to call. We a was initially handled at the service department level. We are very grateful we were given that number though because once I called, I finally felt like someone was actually listening to our concerns and was someone would could help mediate the issue in good faith.
