I have been going to Kenny Ross Subaru for years. Although there are a couple of closer Subaru dealers, I was not treated well; Kenny Ross always treats me right. Purchased a 2011 Jeep wrangler in March of 2024. Had problems from the start. Purchase agreement and especially GAP insurance! Drove the Jeep for (two weeks) and then took it back to Kenny Ross beca Had problems from the start. Purchase agreement and especially GAP insurance! Drove the Jeep for (two weeks) and then took it back to Kenny Ross because we were having issues with the (BRAKES)! Absolutely no communication from Kenny Ross. I had to call in a (MONTH) later to find out that they were putting a transmission in the Jeep. Kenny Ross tried to deliver the jeep (THREE) times over the next several months but when we test drove it a (HOT OIL) message and alarm came up on the dash! AND NONE OF THE ORIGINAL ISSUES WERE REPAIRED! Today is November 14, 2024 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE JEEP BACK!!!!! I’m only thankful that I purchased a warranty on this vehicle because EVERY TIME KENNY ROSS TRIED TO RETURN THE JEEP TO ME IT STILL HAD PROBLEMS!!!!! The management were treating me like I was an unreasonable customer and at one point told me there was nothing else they were going to do about the jeep when it seems like they did absolutely NOTHING TO FIX (ANYTHING)! 8 months and I still do not have possession of the vehicle I purchased!!!!!! BEWARE Oh yeah, originally I was dealing with David Debruyn he is no longer with Kenny Ross. Then I was dealing with Jim Lokar (center manager) he is no longer with Kenny Ross! What is going on here? More
