Since buying my Subaru in January, I have been very pleased with the communications and service provided. Everyone is very professional and friendly! Even getting a service appointment was 100% easier pleased with the communications and service provided. Everyone is very professional and friendly! From the first moment my family and I walked into Kenny Ross Subaru, we were treated like family. It almost doesn’t feel like a dealership at all, it makes you want to come back just to hang out with every Ross Subaru, we were treated like family. It almost doesn’t feel like a dealership at all, it makes you want to come back just to hang out with everyone. Friendly isn’t a strong enough word. We made our first purchase in April, that experience with Damien and Lauren is what solidified my decision to purchase another Subaru for myself not even an entire month later. I know the reputation and dependability behind Subaru automobiles, but the staff at Kenny Ross make it easy and pleasant to purchase a vehicle. Everything is explained clearly with the amount of technology these cars have, and never once do you feel rushed or pressured. If we decide to purchase another vehicle for our son it will definitely be purchased at Kenny Ross, this is an excellent dealership. More

A bite of a mixup - we scheduled an 8:30 AM, we got a confirmation for a 3:00 PM appointment. Called and they righted the situation, but they seemed a bit confused when we showed up and said we had the confirmation for a 3:00 PM appointment. Called and they righted the situation, but they seemed a bit confused when we showed up and said we had the appointment for brakes. They took the car right away, in 2 hours we were done and on our way home. Great service like normal. More
