The purchase was complete in about 2 hours, just as the receptionist predicted. The car is exactly what was advertised. The website pricing was not transparent as they had already completed a $1700 Kenny receptionist predicted. The car is exactly what was advertised. The website pricing was not transparent as they had already completed a $1700 Kenny Ross Package, buy had not included that in the advertised price. I do not know if this is standard procedure. They were selling an off brand (kia) and were unclear if there was a 2nd owner warranty or how to get it. The salesman and finance person listened well and were nice. More
