Christina was very kind and patient with us . But the problem was that even though the Subaru Ascent was Pre Owned Certified the transmission went out and the car had to be towed. The car is now at Spitzer's Subaru waiting to get worked on. The car only had 5,000 miles on it from the last owner. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have my car back. Spitzer's has worked hard to get a transmission but we were told they are difficult to find .I had to make the first payment and I don't even have the car. Hoping Subaru Cooperate will reach out to me and have some type of compensation for our trouble. More
