I did try to contact you several times even left you messages, but I never get a phone call back. I was never involved on your business transition nor have control over it, so I don't know what happen. The only contact I had with you was setting a time so I could go over the car with you, witch you never came back for it. So I am kind of lost here. Why am I getting penalized for this?

Again I want to say Christina was very kind and patient with us through the purchasing process. It was a very frustrating time when the transmission went out on our new car. Our car was towed to Spitzer Subaru in DuBois PA. They originally told me it would take 2 months to get a transmission. But they put out a nation wide search for one and in a couple days had a transmission. Howard the service manager from Kenny Ross kept in touch with us and with Spitzer 's. It was about a 3 week process to get our car back. We did have a loaner car from Spitzer's. All costs were paid by Subaru. Kenny Ross Subaru did reach out to us to make sure everything is ok now. We like our Subaru Ascent and it seems to be working fine.
