Really love Kenny Ross Mazda. I live two minutes from Smail Mazda in Greensburg & don't care for Smail Mazda from past experience. The Kenny Ross Mazda has a superior service center that is spacious and well stocked. It's not easy to bring a two year old anywhere but the waiting area was large enough to accommodate us for ample space to play without bothering anyone else while we waited for maintenance & it was nice to know the snacks and drinks are stocked that I didn't need to pack extra to bring any for my toddler. will say the Keurig water in the coffee bar is incredibly too hot but I am thankful it was available as it is needed. Tracy assisted me during my visit and was a wonderful lady to answer anything needed More

Bought my 2023 CX-30 from Cochran. Called and told them I had a major brake problem. They said to stop by. I did and the told me they couldnt look at the car for 10 days. They were bus Called and told them I had a major brake problem. They said to stop by. I did and the told me they couldnt look at the car for 10 days. They were busy. Called Kenny Ross and got in that afternoon. Told me I had an unusual brake problem No brakes at all on left side. Gave me a loaner and got it fixed under warranty. Also washed car and gave me a coupon for oil change. You cant get treated better than that, We are going to buy a cx-50 in September. It will be at Kenny Ross. More

They forgot to put the valve stem covers on 2 of my tires causing me a 35 minute round trip to get them back. Tires were only inflated to 30 psi which is too low.;.
