First good car buying experience I've ever had I went here planning to buy one car but it ended up being bought by the time I got there. My salesman was Rudy and he worked very patiently with me to I went here planning to buy one car but it ended up being bought by the time I got there. My salesman was Rudy and he worked very patiently with me to help me find the car that was just right for me. Throughout the entire experience, I felt very confident that the people of Kenny Ross were looking out for me and helping me the entire way. I had trouble with my loans and they were kind enough to hold the car for me until I was able to get it all sorted out. When I got my car, Rudy made sure to show me all the little tips and tricks of my new mazda and made sure I left with all the knowledge I would need. He also gave me his card and told me to feel free to contact him anytime with any questions or concerns I might have and he would be more than happy to help me. The staff seemed to focus on me being happy with my purchase, regardless. Both were very accommodating to my schedule and stayed in touch throughout the process. All pricing for the certified used vehicle I did end up purchasing was strictly 'by the book' however so don't expect any haggling to take place, no matter how small. Perhaps this is just the business these days - I have not bought a used car for quite some time, so.... However, they did offer a very fair trade-in offer on my existing car. Overall, I left a satisfied customer and would definitely buy from them again in the future. More

Great service by saleperson. I was shopping around to see what the value was on my current Mazda at the time to see if trading in would be worth it. I test drove a couple models and received a trade in value. I was given a higher trade-in value than other dealers and the numbers for the loan were good. I was really focused on not getting into a high car payment. Joe the salesperson was not pushy, but would check in with me every few days. I told him my dilemma about two car payments and had to discuss further with my husband. He was extremely patient even if I called him several times in a day with questions I forgot to ask or get more information on the kind of car I was interested in. He was able to help me figure out a way to pay off the one vehicle and still keep my payments within a range that I was already paying for my other vehicle. This was fantastic because I didn't want to wait too long to trade in my car as it was already 8 years old and I didn't want the value to drop while I payed off my other vehicle. I also couldn't afford two payments. More

I was not pressured to sign right then, but I gave Joe my information so when I decided the final signing process would be easy and quick. 2 days later I said yes and when we went to sign the whole process took around an hour. Afterwards Joe (our salesman) stayed past his working hours to help my wife and I sync our phones and show us all of the features of our new car. I almost went with another dealer but this kenny ross dealership would not be beat on price and the extras they offered put me over the top. Overall a very good experience. More
