Relaxed Car Buying Experience I really couldn't have asked for more from my experience at Kenny Ross. I greatly appreciated the fact that the original price I was quoted was far below that of other dealers I had contacted and that it was indeed their best offer and they didn't start out higher and make me haggle over it. I felt absolutely no pressure and felt I was being treated very fairly, which made the overall experience a great one. Normally when I walk into a dealership I immediately feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and hope they can get away with charging me more than they have to, but I felt zero of that here. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and that I got a great price for my trade-in. I also enjoyed chatting with David and was glad he took the time to share some fun Mazda facts. The honesty, integrity and friendliness I received from Ryan and the dealership were the reason I chose them over another dealership that was much closer to home.
