I scheduled a specific recall appointment month ahead in person with the receptionist, and was not happy with the service. The service advisor said we don't have the part. They knew I was coming in specifically for the recall. The advisor told me we would order the part and call me, the customer when it comes in. You should of ordered it a month ago. Still to this day they have not called. I will never go back to you for any type of vehicle purchase or service. More

My 2020 Mustang has a bad electronic part that affects a number of features of the car. For weeks, I keep getting told they will contact Ford. They never call me back. The car is drivable, but missing features that should get there. Update: Greg the service manager reached out to me. He is looking into the problem. I will give a better rating if he is able to solve things. UPDATE 2: So much for promises. I was told he would personally look into the issue and get back to me in 1 or 2 days. Well it has been 3 plus weeks and I have heard nothing! I have now had the issue for months with no response in solving it. My review will stay at 1 until resolved.
