Well I purchased a used f150 that was blue oval certified 139 point check over and drove it a week noticed the back up camera was foggy so I was taking it back to have them fix that and while I was driving i 139 point check over and drove it a week noticed the back up camera was foggy so I was taking it back to have them fix that and while I was driving it down the road I would let off the gas pedal and noticed a very bad vibration coming from the truck so I had to take the mechanic for a test drive and have him hear it not good he said . They hav had it in the shop for three weeks now I called the second week to find out what was going no and to find out what was the matter with my truck that was blue oval certified to find out that the are waiting on the insurance company to order parts. No three weeks into this I get a call that says the insurance company is going to pay for the parts and the are on order so we shall see how long this is going to take . As you may tell I am NOT VERY impressed with Blue Oval certification At All oh and I have to pay a 100 dollar deductible on top !!!! For a blue Oval Certification . So if you buy one of these Blue Oval Certified vehicles make sure you make them fix it before the deadline runs out !!!! Oh and by the way make sure there’s a spare tire under the truck because I am told that it doesn’t have to be there to sale the vehicle!!! More

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was/am with your whole operation at Kenny Ross Collision Center ! From the first minute of my contact with Ashley at the service desk when I walked in to Kenny R your whole operation at Kenny Ross Collision Center ! From the first minute of my contact with Ashley at the service desk when I walked in to Kenny Ross ! She was very helpful and friendly ! I was very upset because the accident occurred first of all , my brother who was with me and my baby Yorkie !! We were rear ended by a Tacoma truck pretty hard ! We both were and are very sore ‘ my brother was days away from back surgery and we both ended up with very sore necks and sore backs ! He was my worry from the accident , he was having very serious back surgery within days of this accident ! Ashley told me once I explained what happened that my insurance shouldn’t be paying anything !! He hit me from behind the accident was his fault , you should be in control of your vehicle at all times , he was clearly at fault !!! Ashley said I should be calling his ins not mine ! His ins will cover the car repairs and also cover my rental car ! Then Megan M. Came around the corner and she was going to handle my claim ! She told me to call his ins co ! His ins is Geico ins , I did , took 10 min to give my statement and her to tell me what would happen next ! It all went off without a hitch ! I have an SUV a 2013 Santa Fe , my rental vehicle was a 2024 Nisson Pathfinder !! It was beautiful ! I dropped my vehicle off and Megan M said it should be ready to be picked up by Friday ! I received text messages daily plus Megan called me a few times to let me know how things were going and we were on track for a Friday delivery !! I was kept in the loop , I was actually called on Thursday told I could pick it up on Friday anytime !! I was blown away when I picked it up ! It looked like it was a brand new vehicle !! I am so very happy with my whole experience with Kenny Ross Collision center and Geico and Enterprise Rental Cars !! Seamless from start to finish !! Thank you so very much ! I hope and pray I never have to go thru another car accident again , but if I do I know where I’m coming to !! More
