Fuel pump Recall repair After receiving the recall notice from Ford I went back to Kenny Ross to get the repair taken care of. A supposedly simply repair has turned into majo After receiving the recall notice from Ford I went back to Kenny Ross to get the repair taken care of. A supposedly simply repair has turned into major inconvenience. After the first recall repair the car developed a starting problem and a leakage of gasoline. Four visits later the car still has the same problem. Leaking gasoline in the garage could potentially be a hazardous problem. The service dept was accommodating but at this point the problem should have been corrected. More

Very efficient service I stopped for a 15000 mile check, oil change, tire rotation. The car was on recall so they took care of that, too. Interesting Went in for inspection, emissions and oil & filter change. Asked if there was a deal on getting the Works, the answer was no and it cost me $49.84. Went in for inspection, emissions and oil & filter change. Asked if there was a deal on getting the Works, the answer was no and it cost me $49.84. Two days later received email of special on The Works of $29 to $39. “Rip-off.” After spending $386 nothing was applied to my owner advantage? I believe this could of been handled better. More

Terrible Communication Brought my truck I’m for electrical work on a 2017 F150 that has 40000 miles, 2nd time in for electrical work 1st at Kenny Ross, dropped it off signed Brought my truck I’m for electrical work on a 2017 F150 that has 40000 miles, 2nd time in for electrical work 1st at Kenny Ross, dropped it off signed paper work, was denied from insurance after work was already done that I did not give verbal permission to have done. Then was told of $1000 bill. Never once did they call and say to fix your truck cost will be this. Just did the work and told me of bill. What kind of service is that. Would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
