UPDATE...On this past Tues Greg reached out to me. As always he was nice but stated he is still working on it. According to Greg Black Widow has been not very cooperative or responsive yet he was continuing to try. As always Greg was very nice yet still a work in progress without a end in sight as of today. If that is the case with Black Widow then buyer beware. Hopefully Greg resolves it all and I will provide updates however this has been going on for over a year now looking back. Truthfully I feel terrible writing a bad review for this service dept and Greg since they are all very nice but it's about results which have not happened in over a year....if Black Widow is this way it'll be the last version I ever purchase and this is a higher end vehicle.
