I was not happy at all with the way my service writer treated me. I set an appointment because it normally takes 30 minutes or so to get my oil changed, so I set aside an hour and when I arrived, he told treated me. I set the appointment because of my schedule, and he is the one I spoke with. He was very standoffish and pushy, pushing to get me out the door. Tires were recommended, but I did not find out until after I got home and read the receipt. He did not feel the need to tell me anything when I came in to pick up my vehicle; with the exception or making sure to tell me 4 times that this was my last free oil change. I understand, he did not need to talk to me like that. I said something to my son who was a tech there when this service writer was there. He said that this guy was rude with him also and refused to give him work. So if this service tech has a problem with me because of his issue with my son, please let me know and I will take my vehicle to be serviced elsewhere. So far you are the only ones who have serviced it. But overall, service to my vehicle was good, customer service was bad. More
