This has by far been the best experience I have had with the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. I did not feel like I was being pr the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. I did not feel like I was being pressured into making repairs that were not immediately necessary as I have been in the past. Love the new system (2nd day being used) that informed me my car was checked in and got a diagnostic report via text. LOVE the new communication, I will be requesting Scott as my service advisor going forward. I have 4 ford cars so I use the service department often! More
