I scheduled a specific recall appointment month ahead in person with the receptionist, and was not happy with the service. I showed up for the appointment waited a couple hours till they got to my car. At person with the receptionist, and was not happy with the service. The service advisor said we don't have the part. They knew I was coming in specifically for the recall. The advisor told me we would order the part and call me, the customer when it comes in. You should of ordered it a month ago. Still to this day they have not called. I will never go back to you for any type of vehicle purchase or service. More

My 2020 Mustang has a bad electronic part that affects a number of features of the car. For weeks, I keep getting told they will contact Ford. They never call me back. I even had to pay $199 for an update t number of features of the car. For weeks, I keep getting told they will contact Ford. They never call me back. I even had to pay $199 for an update that didn't work since the part is bad. Over a month and I still have no idea that my car will be fixed! I am not pleased with this service. The car is drivable, but missing features that should get there. Update: Greg the service manager reached out to me. He is looking into the problem. I will give a better rating if he is able to solve things. UPDATE 2: So much for promises. I was told he would personally look into the issue and get back to me in 1 or 2 days. Well it has been 3 plus weeks and I have heard nothing! I have now had the issue for months with no response in solving it. My review will stay at 1 until resolved. Does Ford not support parts for 2020 Mustangs? More
