John McCafferty was very knowledgable and spent as much time with us us we needed. He didn't rush us or pressure us. He explained the pros & cons of the various cars we were interested in but didn't try to time with us us we needed. He didn't rush us or pressure us. I went to kenny ross looking to down size and get better fuel economy and i met jon miller. I was getting rid of my mercury mountaineer awd and i was comparing all the midsized sedans and jon told me so muc fuel economy and i met jon miller. I was getting rid of my mercury mountaineer awd and i was comparing all the midsized sedans and jon told me so much about the ford fusion i was so impressed with what i heard and read on my own jon told me so much more about the fusion and i wanted to lease and ford had a great leasing program jon explained everything in detail i talked to the managers they were very nice and happy to help figure out the best way to get the car lease or buy...They were all kind jon introduced me to the service writers and the person in charge of mainting my vehicle. We would recommend kenny ross to everyone.. More
