My car was riding rough, and since it needed all the filters changed, they did that- and discovered that we had bad gas in the tank. We trust them to always diagnose the car problems properly. At first filters changed, they did that- and discovered that we had bad gas in the tank. We trust them to always diagnose the car problems properly. At first they thought that we needed a new fuel pump, and they would need to keep the car overnight, so my wife came to pick me up. A short while later, they called and said that the car was ready and it didn't need a fuel pump after all. That's honesty. It's still riding a bit rough. I think that maybe new plugs are needed. More
Five days after I bought my beautiful certified pre-owned Forester, I was t-boned as someone ran a red light. Having never been in an accident, I was beside myself. Jeff and the other Kenny Ross Collision C Forester, I was t-boned as someone ran a red light. Having never been in an accident, I was beside myself. Jeff and the other Kenny Ross Collision Center professionals were amazing to work with! Not only did they keep me updated on repairs, but they also helped calm my fears about the car's reliability after the wreck. Hope you never have to use a collision center, but if you do, you'll be in good hands with this service center! More

Burned our car during inspection and insisted it was the sun, while the roof rails, mirror, and entire passenger side was melted. I went to pick up the car. As soon as I walked in a service provider spoke sun, while the roof rails, mirror, and entire passenger side was melted. I went to pick up the car. As soon as I walked in a service provider spoke to me (named owner of the car) and spoke down to me almost insinuating that as a woman it was my fault, asking “how I burned my car” and “how funny it was that I burned it on something.” When I stated that my husband is actually the primary driver of the car and not myself, he quickly back tracked and said that it was likely sun damage then, and then stuck to the sun being at fault. Initially, the dealership refused to fix the damage, again stating it was the sun, and that it was our fault and our warranty would not cover repair. We had video proof from our own personal security cameras at our house the same day of inspection showing our car was in its normal state without damage. Again they insisted we were the ones at fault and that we would have to pay out of pocket for the damages. After requesting video proof of our car in the state it was prior to inspection they sent a shaky video made with someone’s personal phone walking around the car very quickly, and we were unable to make out any condition of the car, as it was a shaky, blurry, fast walk around cellphone video. When we requested parking lot surveillance footage, about an hour later we received a call stating “they spoke to upper management” and to come in as they now decided they would fix the car free of charge. We never received any parking lot footage. When we showed up to get the loaner and drop our car off, we stated that we were here for our car to be fixed and that we spoke to Russ for repairs and we’re supposed to meet him. Everyone we encountered during this was rolling their eyes at us. When asking where Russ was, as he said he would meet us the day of drop off for repairs, he never showed up. We greatly appreciate the dealership fixing our car and giving us a loaner for the time required for repairs free of charge. What we didn’t appreciate was feeling lied to, and being spoken down to, when during all our conversations with the dealership we were calm, collected, and kind More
