He went out of his way to get me an additional rebate and make my payments less than what was orginally discussed. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a new or used car He will put his custumers needs first and find them exactly what they are looking for. My new car has everything my other Cruze had plus a back up camera. My links is something new too, I like it and will take some getting used to. Disappointed Maryland Customer Everything was not a "10". We haven't received the paint touch-up kit as promised. The car brakes needed fixed because they sat and caused rust and thumping. The coil springs are damaged(broke off at the top part). The driver's side speaker is completely out. And finally, we weren't told As-Is until we were told on the day of signing. We can't believe that these past PA's Inspection especially the coil springs being damaged which could result in an accident. The price wasn't fair in the end due to the things we needed to get fixed. And it was discouraging for our daughter's first real car buying experience as she didn't expect to put a lot of money into the car when it should of been taken car of to pass PA inspection. More

I emailed the dealership inquiring about a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing and Jon Kiser emailed me back within hours. With the dealership being 2 hours from me, I was unsure if I would be able t was interested in purchasing and Jon Kiser emailed me back within hours. Jon not only worked with me on his day off but he also consistently stayed in contact with me throughout the week, keeping me up-to-date. When there were troubles with transferring the title, Jon graciously offered to cover my rental car fees until everything was completed. To make things even better, Jon drove the vehicle to me (two hour drive), contacted my insurance company for me to update my car insurance information, and even got me a better finance rate for the car than other banks were offering. Let me start with mentioning that I used to be in the car sales business and to say the least, can be a tough critic and hard sale!!! I cannot say enough about Doug and his team!!! Jason called up to parts, arranged for what I needed ( bug deflector ) and assigned Jason Hendrick to do the installation. The quality of customer service I received was second to none. This customer service was offered to a stranger from another country with respect and the understanding that I needed to be on the road as soon as possible. Both Jasons understood that and, I am pleased to say that you should be proud that these two gentlemen totally understand what customer service means, and, offer it with grace and good cheer, and are wonderful representatives of your dealership. My experience with Kenny Ross went way beyond any expectations I could have had!! I found myself in a very bad situation with the car I had as my engine was getting ready to blow up and still owing expectations I could have had!! I was searching and searching for a new car and felt very overwhelmed as I did not think I would be able to get the financing I needed. I was browsing through the Kenny Ross website and just a little while after, I received a call from Jon Kiser. I explained my situation to him and without hesitation he said he really thought he could help me out, which was so nice to hear. He had me fill out a loan application and after I submitted it he contacted me immediately and said he had a vehicle he thought would be perfect for me. The next day I was able to go to the dealership and meet him. He was very friendly and made the entire process seem effortless. He explained everything very clearly to me and I appreciated that as I am not the most vehicle savvy person...Keri in the financing department was incredible too. I noticed how hard they worked to get me where I needed to be and they succeeded. I ended up leaving that day with a vehicle that I could have never dreamed of being able to buy!!!
