Brandon Toby does everything he can to make my visit pleasurable and makes sure that my automobile service needs are not only met, but exceeded. He does not offer excuses for why Kenny Kent Toyota "cannot;" but rather, he finds a way that the service department "can!" He has NEVER recommended an unneeded auto repair AND always researches a way to perform any service at the lowest possible cost. Pat makes sure that the experience at the service desk is friendly and fast. She offers a genuine smile and always asks how I am. Wayne is very friendly and accommodating. My salesman is the main person I dealt with and he was great in taking care of everything I needed. He did not have a pushy, typical salesman attitude where you felt like you just had to "get through thi great in taking care of everything I needed.
