Since I purchased my 2012 Toyota Sienna, I have had it in for routine service 3 times and have been very satisfied with the promptness and friendly service. I also appreciate the fact that I can make my appointments on-line and receive a response the very next day telling me who to contact when I arrive. You have a very comfortable and inviting waiting room. Supplied with coffee and donuts to pass the time. You can't beat the price of service because it is free. This was included in the package price of the purchase of a new vehicle, which I believe to be a drawing card for new customers. More

Bert Sandefur was my salesperson and he replaced my nervousness by his genuine character, patience and product knowledge. My husband and I have just purchased our fourth Toyota from salesman Hal Zaro. He is patient, friendly, helpful and will find just the right car for us when we tell him what we're looking for. Mr. Parker (no relation) is very helpful when it's time to sign the paperwork, explaining each item and, if we don't understand, he explains until we do. My husband and I have purchased many cars over the past 45 years, but we've never been as happy to return to a dealership as we have going to Kenny Kent Toyota Scion. Our son-in-law was so impressed by the mileage and headroom (he's 6'4") in my Prius, he bought one we traded in! Both of our vehicles are hybrids, something we never thought we would want. The mileage we get and the comfort and room we have in both our 2011 Prius and our 2012 Camry are fantastic! Any time we have friends who are looking for either new or used cars, we encourage them to go to Kenny Kent Toyota Scion. Honesty, friendliness and helpfulness are what people deserve and it will be what they find if they go to that dealership. More
