I have worked with Ricky multiple times over the past several years. When we visited Kenny Kent Chevrolet, we dealt with Chris Payne. He was extremely friendly and we could tell he knew what he was talking about! Although we didn't purchase a vehicle that day, we WILL be back Payne. He was extremely friendly and we could tell he knew what he was talking about! Marcus went way above and beyond to find and secure the specific vehicle my wife wanted. When she found out that the 2012 Equinox would not be offered in the Cardinal Red paint she loves we scrambled to l specific vehicle my wife wanted. When she found out that the 2012 Equinox would not be offered in the Cardinal Red paint she loves we scrambled to locate a 2011 with the trim and options she wanted. It looked like a lost cause but Marcus found one just north of Florida and arranged a vehicle trade. He then drove the transport himself to bring my wife's new car up from the South. She absolutely loves her new Equinox and we feel as though we have found a new friend in Marcus. I am certain we will remain a Kenny Kent customer for years to come. More
