Dealer is the rudest, most unfriendly dealership I have ever visited. I walk into the showroom often, either headed to parts or service counter, and the sales people NEVER greet or acknowledge me. Strik ever visited. I walk into the showroom often, either headed to parts or service counter, and the sales people NEVER greet or acknowledge me. Strike One. This past month I went in to shop for a new car. I sat in the car for 5 minutes in the driver seat, then switched the rear seat, passenger seat and then walked around the car. I was in the showroom for a good 15 minutes and NEVER ONCE acknowledged!! It wasn't until I was halfway out the door that someone noticed me. Strike Two. I was shopping on the Ford home website and after requesting my information, it captured my contact info and directed it the very dealer I had a bad experience in. Ok, I figured lets see what happened...i really wanted to buy a car and have purchased from here before, so maybe they can turn the experience around. The contact experience from their internet coordinator was infrequent and poor. All canned responses and not very responsive. After a week, finally I made an appointment to drive a car. Yes, an appointment to go back. When I arrived, I had to look around and find a saleman, they were all too busy chatting in the "booth", something I witness everytime I am in there. The assigned salesman finally greeted me. After I introduced myself, he proceeded to tell me that the car I was scheduled to drive had been sold. That was my greeting; "Here is the car you CANT drive". I had to ask if they had SOMETHING I could drive. After 15 minutes, he located something. I drove it, it was nice. To this day, NO ONE FOLLOWED UP. Strike Three. I just bought a new car elsewhere. They really need new management there. More
Toz was very helpful and made the whole "car buying" experience a good one. At the time we picked up the car, we made a follow-up appointment to go over anything I might need help with. This was buying" experience a good one. At the time we picked up the car, we made a follow-up appointment to go over anything I might need help with. This was great as this appointment was about 6 days after delivery so it gave me time to play around and then gave an opportunity to ask questions after I had driven it for a bit. He also called about a week after that to see if there was anything else he could assist with. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a new Ford to go see TOZ More
My husband and I bought a used vehicle from this dealer. They repeatedly refused to fix problems that were covered under the warranty stating that the problems were something else. We had an independent mec They repeatedly refused to fix problems that were covered under the warranty stating that the problems were something else. We had an independent mechanic that we TRUST fix our car although the services should have been covered. We prferred to have it fixed properly anyway. The transmission had to be replaced. The rotors and 4 wheel drive had to be replaced. The car we bought has cost us over $5000 to keep it running. It is not even paid off. These things all went wrong immediately (within 3 wekks) of the warranty that we paid extra for expiring. I DO NOT reccommend this dealership. We will never buy from any FORD company again. We have had a horrible exerience with Pottstown Ford and hope to prevent other people from experiencing such problems with their vehicles. We could have had a down payment on a house had it not been for the purchase of this vehicle. I am also confident that the man that sold us the car new it was a poor vehicle. I forgot to mention that the CD player does not work and that the speakers crackle very loudly. Mind you this car is not even paid off yet. Buy from a trusted company. Check the ratings first. Don't make the same mistake we did. More
