The team was nice and got my vehicle in right-away. They gave me a loaner to get to my Dr. Appointment and in two days they called with a $180.00 bill and the fix was complete. A loose cable to the trip-tronic transmission had caused the issue. I know of other dealerships in town that would have said I needed a new transmission. Thank you for your honesty and care.
