I have always received such amazing service from Audi of anchorage. I had a scheduling issue with my appt, and was so thankful they were able to get me in for an oil change. While checking in the young man anchorage. I had a scheduling issue with my appt, and was so thankful they were able to get me in for an oil change. While checking in the young man at the front desk saw that I also needed a recall to be preformed. He was able to get that all taken care of while I waited. I was checked on while waiting to make sure I didn’t need anything. Also to note, when my vehicle was done, the tech explained me that they used Clorox wipes in the vehicle at any place where they touched. With the “crazy” going on that was very appreciated and the fact they went over the top was noticed. I know I would never go to another dealership ever again. More
