Service department I gave the 5 star review to Kendall Toyota because they truly went above and beyond. We live in New Jersey and a family member had car trouble in the I gave the 5 star review to Kendall Toyota because they truly went above and beyond. We live in New Jersey and a family member had car trouble in the Miami area. Toyota Care sent our truck to Kendall Toyota. I called the dealership and was connected to Javier Rincon. He spoke to me on the phone several times making sure that he not only had the part but the appropriate service technician to fix it. All of this was being done very late in the day into the night with Javier assuring me if we got there before 8:00pm it would get fixed. Where some people would have called it a day, he was trying to bring in more work to help us out of a tight spot. Unfortunately the truck didn't arrive until after 8:00pm so it was fixed in a timely and professional manner the next morning, A highly professional manner. So thank you very much to Javier, Jason, and the members of Kendall Toyota parts and service department. Our only regret is that we will not be able to use them again.
