Total Disorganization and Poor Service I dropped my 2016 truck off for warranty work and was treated like a piece of dirt. Phone calls (mulitiple) were dropped. No one could tell me if my t I dropped my 2016 truck off for warranty work and was treated like a piece of dirt. Phone calls (mulitiple) were dropped. No one could tell me if my truck was ready to be picked up or even confirm it was still at the dealership. There was a lack of explanation and I couldn’t reach the service manager (Gilberto) even after multiple attempts. I was transferred among different department representatives and had to explain my story every time. Then the call was dropped (twice). I finally gave up as I had another event to attend. I still have no information on my truck. I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. A major inconvenience. I’ll never use this dealership for anything again. More

Quick and thorough basic service Dropped off my car and got a call back in an hour and a half for the car’s first basic servicing. Was kept updated via sms texts and phonecall. My experience with the Service Department I dropped off my RAV 4 and they took me immediately...
