Busy place but great service! We’ve been going here regularly for years to service my wife’s Corolla, which is still in great condition for an ‘09. They can get busy at times, but they have a large waiting area (which they are expanding) that has a snack shop complete with Cafe Cubano and bathrooms and air conditioning...Honest, reliable service...had a problem after last service and they took me in right away and made it right for free. A LOT of business, and wait times can get long so make appointments. Ask for Ronnie Jones, good service rep who hustles. More

Average I was there at 8:10 am to do the maintenance of my car but they guy informed me they had to do a restart of the computer and that will take more than I was there at 8:10 am to do the maintenance of my car but they guy informed me they had to do a restart of the computer and that will take more than 4 hrs, I told him I had to go to school at 12, he advised me me to go to the rent because they were supposed to give me a car for the day in order to do my stuff meanwhile they were working on the car, when I got there the lady saw my papers and she told me they didn’t have any car available for me, she offered me a ride but the she saw where I lived, she said transportation cannot be provide because it’s more that 10 miles from the dealer. So, now I have to comeback another day with someone to do the restart of the computer of my car. Previous to this I also had another situation. Third time that I go and everything has been a mess!!!:. Thank you to Harold Rosales I was really nice with me. More

Overall it was Painless and smooth..it was So very well orga I never expected the ,kind of service I received. From the Phone call to make the appt to the day they did the service? They all were working and not just playing around they were crazy busy ,but at the same time they had it under control and getting people in and out in a timely matter. I was very impressed.
