Atmosphere and customer service The customer service is horrible, the airing area is like been in a flea market, there is manners and not education at all. The salesman are vulgar an the women working in there is like prostitution place in high class. It is not the same as used to be a year ago. I understand that is under construction but it not the motive. I think the worst thing Toyota did is adding the cafeteria where the financial area / waiting time is. I am Latin but the salesman are not polite I really had a bad impression of Toyota today and I was not th only one. The language is another reason it was an American old couple and the agent that assisted ten insisted in talking in Spanish when their language was not Spanish. Come on what is going on we have to respect, As I said Toyota managers have to do something today was like been in a flea market in a bad and uneducated area. More

I was received by Mr. Gilberto Castro, who was very knowledgeable about the issue my vehicle was having. He took care of my order and my vehicle was ready and fixed even before the promised time. I'd highly recommend this dealer if you're having troubles with your car. Meet this representative, he knows about his job more than you can imagine. Thanks to him and the repair guys I was back in the road in no time. More

I would go to an actual mechanic to do my maintenance and pay vs having to deal with the free service and be treated like a number. Disappointed as I have been coming to this dealer for over 10 years for purchases of vehicles and vehicle maintenance. I would think they would see how long a client has been loyal to the dealer.
