On March 13th I left my Toyota RAV4 to give me a price for checking/ replacing tire pressure sensors and a defective right rear child door lock. I was told that to get a proposal they needed to do a diagn for checking/ replacing tire pressure sensors and a defective right rear child door lock. I was told that to get a proposal they needed to do a diagnostic..... I called at 6:30 pm to get the status on my request and was told that they were working on the car. I called again at 7:00 pm since they closed at 8:00 and was told that the "adviser" was gone. I had to insist and managed to get my car back before closing. But no proposal... I had to pay $256.63 for nothing. This morning, I called again and after a while they found Juan Carlos Minaya, the "advisor". After some pressure he finally gave me the estimate requested, 1 pressure sensor @$430.85 and 1 door lock @567.53. Both of these are double of other mechanic. I will definitely avoid Toyota Service of Kendall More
