Volvi a intentar y me dicen que ese telefono tiene problemas y quen contesta es la Cajera de Servicio, que no conoce a nadie que pueda responderme y me dice que tambien los telefonos tienen problemas. Buenas tardes y Happyy New Year. Como siempre intente comunicarme con ustedes, a ese numero y a los demas, y me ponen instantes en hold y luego que deje un mensaje de voz. Intento comunicar con el Manager y me dicen que esta de vacaciones. Cual es la solucion entonces? Soy cliente de ustedes desde el 2017. Y no es la unica vez que pasa esta situacion.
