Kendall is wonderful in general. They try very hard and overall our experiences are great. We have had an ongoing issue with our new Prius V. We purchased it with the Entune system and then purchased iPh overall our experiences are great. We have had an ongoing issue with our new Prius V. We purchased it with the Entune system and then purchased iPhones at the suggestion of the salesman because they would be compatible. They are not and this information wasn't available through any printed source. At best the iPhone can now work with Entune in a way that is totally not user-friendly and no one would use them. They essentially still don't work. I feel like we were sold something that we can't use and we should be compensated. Kendall and Toyota FINALLY acknowledge the problem exists but refuse to address it arguing that it is Apple's fault. It is not Apple's fault that Toyota told us in advance that the iPhone was compatible. So, I'm still unhappy with Kendall and Toyota over this issue. It leaves a sour taste despite Kendall being a great dealer over all. More

Marc made it easy, I came in to buy a new Pruis, noticed two colors of blue in the line of new cars, and found out about a 2011 with 4775 miles on it that I bought instead.
