31jul2012. I live in Roseburg and drove to Eugene to look at the Kia Rio. I did not care for it and randomly drove to your used car center. The salesman (I believe was Benjamin?) met me in the lot and we loo at the Kia Rio. I did not care for it and randomly drove to your used car center. The salesman (I believe was Benjamin?) met me in the lot and we looked around at sedans. I have never had a Toyota and knew nothing about the Avalon. We wanted my wife Margaret to have a newer safe car and I really liked the model we chose (2005 Avalon). I said I would call if we were interested further. I called Tony Bowling and said we would return for her to see it on 01aug2012. Her only criteria was heated seats! She sat in it and saw all the features and was sold on it. I feel we could have negotiated a better price but the overall service was very good and the whole experience had us driving off the lot with the 2005 Toyota Avalon. On the way back to Roseburg the average gas mileage was a concern but as we kept going the mileage increased. It did not get over 25mpg, however, we could see a longer distance would keep improving. Margaret commented that we need to start wearing clothes that suited this beautiful car!! We have Clint Newell Toyota 1 mile from our house and we never made it to their lot. Of course we would recommend your dealership. More

I really appreciated the care Matthew took with me in letting me know when would be a good time to get my new headlight installed without an appointment. When it turned out that my current head lamp lig letting me know when would be a good time to get my new headlight installed without an appointment. When it turned out that my current head lamp light bulbs were marginal and none were included with the new assembly I had just purchased, he managed to get the parts department to donate 2 new ones so I could drive away, knowing that the new headlight was as reliable and dependable as possible. I would rate the entire experience a 5, based on his customer service skills. More

Everyone in the service department, from the person greeting you when you drive in all the way through to the payment counter are friendly, helpful and take the time to be sure you are getting what you need. They took the time to double-check and found a less expensive way for me to get what I needed. I really appreciated the time they took and the fact that they looked for another alternative without me having to ask. More

Both sales and service continually rate as 10 on a 10 scale. People remember my name, check to see that everything has been done to my satisfaction, and follow up when needed. I can't imagine ever using another dealership for either purchasing or maintaining a vehicle. More
James Shelton was very informative about the Scion XD we bought and was very helpful in helping us decide which vehicle we were going to buy. He was honest about each of the ones we looked at. His attention to detail and overall knowledge of what it takes to keep a vehicle in excellent condition is outstanding! He listens to my needs and requests, and always follows through with delivering top-notch service and results. My most recent experience revealed unusual circumstances in what my vehicle needed in the way of service; and both Kevin Reel and Steve Harris saw to it I was taken care of in a very professional and gracious manner.
