The sales person lied about not being able to work with my bank. I ended up refinancing with my bank. Then the service dept completely ignored my existence. Even though I had an appt. Second interaction with them! We thought we had a warranty still with them but it had ran out. We decided to still go with the appointment to see if they could impress us! The check engine light that popped up was for a loose gas cap. They charged me $230 to screw my gas cap back on. Absolutely horrendous. I will never be taking my car back here. I recommend that to you as well. More
I have visited Kendall Toyota previously previous to consider purchasing a vehicle. During that experience we did not find a vehicle that financially we felt was affordable for us. Rita Villaneava approached us when we arrived and made us feel very comfortable and helped us pick out the used vehicle that was perfect for us. She is great! More
I had appointment with service department. I was very disappointed, I was not taken serious. I was saying that my lights don't shine to the road, not bright enough. The lady looked at the lights, saying they are bright. Nothing they can do. Wow!!! What a waste of time. Don't even tried to help. Will have to find another shop to get this figure out. More
10am: Brought the car in for the appointment for Express service, was assured by advisor Alea that it was going to be quick and I would be called as soon as the car is ready. All good. 10:15am: Dropped off the fob (my bad, took it with me!) All good. 11am: Nothing. 12pm: Nothing. 1pm: Nothing. 2pm: Nothing. 3pm: Nothing. 4pm: Nothing. 4:20pm: Called to check on status, the service department didn’t answer the phone. No problem, let’s leave them a message asking to call back. 5pm: Nothing. 5:30pm: Called again for an update, the service department didn’t answer the phone. Alright, let’s leave them another message since they close at 6pm:, so someone will probably be in touch soon. Nothing. 5:50pm: Called again and was told there’s nobody in the service department at the moment and that I likely won’t be able to access the car to at the very least take my belongings from it. Nobody knows if the car has even been worked on or finished. 6:10pm: Showed up in person to an empty Service department. That’s when the sales consultant James Tapulgo saved the day. Not only was he very understanding of the situation and just generally friendly, he also took the time to locate my car keys (right in Alea’s desk) and even brought the car to the entrance for me.
