Ripped Off I bought a used 2011 Toyota Camry from the Kendall Toyota Dealer, Miami. The sales agents said the car was in the great condition. I only did a short I bought a used 2011 Toyota Camry from the Kendall Toyota Dealer, Miami. The sales agents said the car was in the great condition. I only did a short test drive but couldn't really judge well. Next day, I took to drive a little longer distance but noticed the steering wheel was violently shaking at higher speeds. I took to the mechanic and he found several problems with the car. I had to replace all brake rotors and pads as front rotors were bent terribly. Also, I had to replace front strut as they were leaking. I could not figure out the tires were so bad because they were low-profile tires. But the mechanic said they were terribly bad and had to replace all four tires. Still, the car is not running well as steering wheel swerves left and right on the uneven road. I paid $900 dealer fee and $500 documentation fee including taxes and title on the top of the listed price. Toyota dealer ripped me off. The sales agents were while talking; they have no idea how to talk with customers. I suggest not to go to this dealership and get ripped off like me. More

Overall it was Painless and smooth..it was So very well orga I never expected the ,kind of service I received. From the Phone call to make the appt to the day they did the service? Even the driver that took me home and picked me back up to get my vehicle was very friendly and considerate. They all were working and not just playing around they were crazy busy ,but at the same time they had it under control and getting people in and out in a timely matter. I was very impressed. That was my 1st visit. But not my last. From now on I'm going back there for service.. More
