Was trying to purchase a car from this dealership just to receive terrible communication and false promises, after talking to multiple people who didn’t even introduce themselves and being told lies I have y receive terrible communication and false promises, after talking to multiple people who didn’t even introduce themselves and being told lies I have yet to receive any kind of offer from them, would be nice if car dealerships actually cared about their customers business but not this one. Apparently they don’t even start working until 2 in the afternoon which considering they close only a few hours after this really makes me wonder how productive they can really be, will be reaching out to SETF to leave a personal review with them because I bet losing those dealer points will be an eye opener, but probably still won’t care. Terrible communication and terrible experience, Toyota is better than this so should hold yourself higher, do better. Zero stars. More
