I was pleasantly surprised and honestly in shock with the excellent service I received and the professionalism I was treated with when I took my mom’s car in for service to the Toyota dealer in Miami Fl, on excellent service I received and the professionalism I was treated with when I took my mom’s car in for service to the Toyota dealer in Miami Fl, on US1 and 108 st. My mom couldn’t take her car in herself so I offered to do it myself. Thinking I had to make an appointment for service like I’m used to for my infinity and my daughter’s Mazda, I pulled up into the Toyota dealer on a Saturday at noon and was shocked when Jose told me I did not need to make an appointment, they could see me right away and I could have the car back in 1 and 1/2 hours. I was offered a courtesy van to take me and my teenage daughter home or call me an Uber if the van was not available. Me being the owner of an infinity and a Mazda to which both dealers make me make appointments days or weeks in advance for service, I left in shock with the excellent service and treatment from this Toyota dealer, so much that I am now considering changing both cars to Toyotas. That is how much of an impact Toyota made for me. Needles to say I am extremely happy and comfortable knowing my parent receive such an excellent and honest treatment when they take the car to their Toyota dealer. More
Mr. Ronnie, my service advisor was extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. I was actually very impressed with the customer service he provided me, not a norm in the industry. Quick drop off, 20k service done in about 1. 5 hours. Staff are professional and friendly. Love the coffee shop inside and free high speed WiFi. Was trying to purchase a car from this dealership just to receive terrible communication and false promises, after talking to multiple people who didn’t even introduce themselves and being told lies I have y receive terrible communication and false promises, after talking to multiple people who didn’t even introduce themselves and being told lies I have yet to receive any kind of offer from them, would be nice if car dealerships actually cared about their customers business but not this one. Apparently they don’t even start working until 2 in the afternoon which considering they close only a few hours after this really makes me wonder how productive they can really be, will be reaching out to SETF to leave a personal review with them because I bet losing those dealer points will be an eye opener, but probably still won’t care. Terrible communication and terrible experience, Toyota is better than this so should hold yourself higher, do better. Zero stars. More
