Very dishonestly, these people tried to cheat me of more than two thousand dollars from the estimated price of my trade-in car and as if that were not enough, they added three thousand dollars to the real p than two thousand dollars from the estimated price of my trade-in car and as if that were not enough, they added three thousand dollars to the real price of the car that I wanted to buy. summary they are scammers, including the sales manager who is the one who runs that gang of thieves all of this last week, thanks god escape from there! had my truck for two weeks. blinkers whent out. said not coverd by warranty, becuse of after market auto start. that has been on truck for 4 years! said will cost $860.00 to repa blinkers whent out. said not coverd by warranty, becuse of after market auto start. that has been on truck for 4 years! said will cost $860.00 to repair. after a week no call backs. sales manger called said will work with me directly. but have to order more parts. talked to at least 4# diffrent people to try correct the fact truck is in my name call me not my wife.was told corrected.never was. even sales manger kept calling her instead of me.thene go in to pick up charge my card $2100 dollars. so have to dispute and proably end up in court to get my truck back.beware of these guys bad customer service,no communication,under staffed,over priced and poorley managed! I was pleasantly surprised and honestly in shock with the excellent service I received and the professionalism I was treated with when I took my mom’s car in for service to the Toyota dealer in Miami Fl, on excellent service I received and the professionalism I was treated with when I took my mom’s car in for service to the Toyota dealer in Miami Fl, on US1 and 108 st. My mom couldn’t take her car in herself so I offered to do it myself. Thinking I had to make an appointment for service like I’m used to for my infinity and my daughter’s Mazda, I pulled up into the Toyota dealer on a Saturday at noon and was shocked when Jose told me I did not need to make an appointment, they could see me right away and I could have the car back in 1 and 1/2 hours. I was offered a courtesy van to take me and my teenage daughter home or call me an Uber if the van was not available. Me being the owner of an infinity and a Mazda to which both dealers make me make appointments days or weeks in advance for service, I left in shock with the excellent service and treatment from this Toyota dealer, so much that I am now considering changing both cars to Toyotas. That is how much of an impact Toyota made for me. Needles to say I am extremely happy and comfortable knowing my parent receive such an excellent and honest treatment when they take the car to their Toyota dealer. More
