I had an appointment at 10:30 AM today, and it took them until 12:30 pm to tell me that my car did not need an oil change; that it only required to rotate the tires. I went in there with a spare tire becaus until 12:30 pm to tell me that my car did not need an oil change; that it only required to rotate the tires. I went in there with a spare tire because on the emails I received, a tire rotation service was never mentioned; if not, I would’ve never gone to begin.
