IF YOU EVER BUY A USED CAR THERE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CABIN AIR FILTER (BEHIND GLOVE THEY PAY GOOGLE TO REMOVE BAD REVIEWS! CHECK OUT YELP!!! IF YOU EVER BUY A USED CAR THERE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CABIN AIR FILTER (BEHIND GLOVE BOX) AND INTAKE FILTER (UNDER HOOD IN ENGINE AIRBOX) AS PER THIER GENERAL SALES MANAGER IT'S NOT SOMETHING THEY CHANGE REGARDLESS OF HOW FILTHY AND UNSANITARY IT IS! READ BELOW! If DISRESPECT, CON ARTIST AND SCAMMER had a face Norman Josue Torres (Used Car Sales Manager) Arsenio Almonte (New Car Sales Manager) and Ernesto Rivas (General Sales Manager would be the EPITOME of it! Went yesterday Saturday, June, 5th to test drive and optimistically purchase a used 2013 Corolla that they listed for sale online. HUGE MISTAKE!!! Got there and was greeted and helped by Fernando O'Bryan (No Complaints on him) and told him how we were excited to come back and purchase a 4th Vehicle from there and although we had relocated to Boca Raton we still optimistically took the drive (1hr 15 mins) to give them business. After test driving the car for my younger brother we loved it, upon inspecting the cabin air filter and intake filters they were FILTHY. I politely asked Fernando what we could do about this as they should have been changed and he told me I would have to speak with Norman Torres and that's when the NIGHTMARE BEGAN! When I went up to speak to Norman I complimented Fernando as a Sales Man, told him we loved the car, showed him the filters and politely and humbly asked "can we do anything to replace these dirty filters" he responded "they're just filters, can you really not live without them being new, if they're that dirty just go buy them somewhere else (because their parts department was closed I later found out) and my mother, brother and I were appalled. I then requested to speak to the General Manager and he responded "I'm not calling him, you're going to deal with me" After I told him I would go look for him myself he responded "if you look for him I'm going to call the police" I responded "do what you feel necessary as I have done nothing wrong and have 2 witnesses" he then told me to take a seat and maybe he would call him as a "F you" to me. I responded "I'll sit whenever I feel like it". About 5 minutes after Arsenio Almonte came and represented himself as a General Sales Manager which was not the case as him and Norman were ar the same level (later came to find out Ernesto sent him in his place and had him lie to us). When Arsenio came I explained my situation and he said I quote "I apologize for the inconvenience, Norman will be sent home, we will reach the filters at no charge and give you an additional discount for your bad experience, just give me about 15 minutes" we accepted and decided to wait and allow them to make things right. After over 1 hour of waiting and no updates we saw the salesman and asked for Arsenio he went to go get him and he took another 30 minutes to come over so at this point we were waiting for over 90 minutes. When he came back he gave us a buyers order pricing the car at $8,991 when the car was originally listed online for $8,892! So he was charging us $99 MORE!!!! When I questioned him his response was "After speaking with the General Sales Manager we decided not to discount the car and if you want the filters you need to pay $99 more (valued at $40 SMH), take it or leave it! At this point we were astonished and dumbfounded! I then went to go see Ernesto. When I went to his office and introduced myself he IMMEDIATELY STOPPED ME AND SAID in a LOUD and CONDESCENDING TONE "listen we do the minimum to our standards to prep the cars and put them on the lot for sale, I'm not going to change the filters or discount the car, if you want it you will pay what we want for it, if not go back to Boca Raton and buy a car there" I told him I'd be reaching out to the General Manager and writing about my experience. I have (3) witnesses and picture proof to support these claims which I will be posting as well! I can see how watching how their General Sales Manager treats customer EMPOWERS his subordinates to do the same! STAY AWAY!!! More
