I spent six hours today waiting for a Diagnostic that showed I needed a new battery only to find out that a simple 12 V battery was unavailable. I made one phone call and found it nearby. How is it that Kendall would prefer to rent a car and pay for me to use it until their back-orders came in rather than buy batteries and have them available for their customers? More

Buyer beware! We purchased a vehicle from Kendall Toyota and flew in from out of town to pick it up. We notified them of our plan the week before, and again the day before to ensure a smooth transac Toyota and flew in from out of town to pick it up. We were in for a surprise… Not only was the vehicle not ready, we were denied a shuttle ride from the airport. After paying for our taxi ride, we arrived at the dealership, and were surprised that were not even offered a cup of coffee or bottle or water upon arriving. We were ignored by the sales staff (as soon as they learned we were just picking up and they weren’t going to make a new sale, we were old news). Not expecting to be treated like royalty, but at least as a guest/customer. After buying our own coffee and water at their cafe, we waited and waited at a sterile, lonely table for help. After asking repeatedly for help, they finally confessed that they could not find the car. Two hours later, when they finally did find the vehicle, it was not cleaned/detailed, and not as described at all. It had been hurried through the car wash, and had not even been vacuumed or had the windows cleaned. We are still trying to get our documentation from them over a month later, and now I cannot drive the vehicle because my temp tag is expired (we were promised that this would not be a problem and we would have our plates in a couple of weeks). Follow up emails, messages and calls are ignored and not returned. They were kind enough to send a follow up email asking about my experience, signed by the GM no less, but this too was a busy, as no one answers the phone when you call either of the signees, and they will only ignore your emails. Calling does no good either, as you will be transferred to their extension (or a general extension, who knows?) that no one answers. I have had several car buying experiences throughout my life, but this has by far been the most disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs, your money and time is better spent elsewhere. More
