It’s clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. And don’t even get me started on the salesperson, Daniel. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being stuck with a car that needs constant fixing. More

Fui a ese lugar confiando en que iba con personas serias y honestas, realice la compra de una Tacoma 2021 con 31mil millas, certificada, con garantia 7 años 100.000millas y los 2 días de salir del consecionario sin haber rodado si quiera más de 100 millas se prendio la luz del motor de la camioneta, la lleve al servicio por garantia para que me la arreglaran, paso 8 días en taller, me la entregan diciendo que le cambiaron todos los repuestos que quedo como nueva y a las 2 horas de salir del consecionario me prendio la luz del motor de nuevo presentando la misma falla, voy al día siguiente a reclamar y cambiar esa camioneta que no sirve y el Director de Taller junto con el Manager de ventas efectivamente autorizan a hacer el cambio porque dicho por él, el problema que presenta la camioneta no tiene resolución, que intentaron resolverlo pero no encuentran solucionar el problema. Pero entonces no me ofrecen cambiarme la camioneta por una que si este en buen estado sin yo tener que poner yo más dinero de mi bolsillo sino que me ofrecen un traid-in donde a todas todas yo salgo perdiendo porque de una camioneta de 27mil dolares pasan a querer venderme una camioneta de 37mil y sin querer reconocerme los 4mil dolares que yo puse para la comprar de la camioneta QUE NO SIRVE!!! 2 semanas llevo yo con todo este problema, perdiendo días de trabajo, perdiendo dinero y perdiendo horas de sueño y ellos no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion verdadera a mi problema porque las unicas 2 opciones que me ofrecieron eran para su beneficio y sacarme más dinero. Decido comunicarme con el customer services de Toyota en Texas, que es headquarter de la Toyota y en una llamada telefónica que no duró más de 10min le explique mi problema y al terminar yo de hablar sin decir más se disculpo en nombre del consecionario por la mala experiencia que me han hecho pasar en Kendall y me dijo que me iban a cambiar la camioneta, entonces porque el personal de este consecionario no pudo resolver mi problema de igual manera sin hacerme pasar poor toda esta mala experiencia que lo único que me queda de todo esto es que son unos ESTAFADORES vendiendo camionetas dañadas haciendolas ver como que están en perfecto estado DESEPCIONADA TOTALMENTE Ya la he llevado a reparar 3 veces por el mismo problema y nada More

On March 13th I left my Toyota RAV4 to give me a price for checking/ replacing tire pressure sensors and a defective right rear child door lock. I was told that to get a proposal they needed to do a diagnostic..... I called at 6:30 pm to get the status on my request and was told that they were working on the car. I called again at 7:00 pm since they closed at 8:00 and was told that the "adviser" was gone. I had to insist and managed to get my car back before closing. But no proposal... I had to pay $256.63 for nothing. This morning, I called again and after a while they found Juan Carlos Minaya, the "advisor". After some pressure he finally gave me the estimate requested, 1 pressure sensor @$430.85 and 1 door lock @567.53. Both of these are double of other mechanic.
