I been a customer since 1985 at Kendall Toyota and purchased at least 5 cars and service more than 10 car made my toyota And the last 2 yrs been xxxx getting my car service and had to call Toyo Corp purchased at least 5 cars and service more than 10 car made my toyota And the last 2 yrs been xxxx getting my car service and had to call Toyo Corp. Now my latest drama , i been waiting 3days for one michilin tire because of a road hazzard and now i am here today, they took my 21 Rav4 in to replace the tire and after 2 hrs now telling me thry out of stock and force me to put on a cheaper brand tire General with different tread on my car. And the service rep Sergio was nice at first but was very rude at the end , i understand he is working in pain because of a 4th of july accident but no need to be. this is my last straw , i am taking my business to another toyota dealership. Purchased a used car that ended up having an immediate problem. No support from dealer and no response to multiple emails. Even emailed the General Manager with absolutely no response.
