I’m not sure why my A/C was changed to whom ever drove my car for a test run… It’s not a privilege it’s a customers car not the dealer employees to do what they want. Also, my car key was removed from my key car for a test run… It’s not a privilege it’s a customers car not the dealer employees to do what they want. Also, my car key was removed from my keychain and was not placed back … Makes me think what else they went through in my car —- It’s very violating !! I’m so not comfortable with how these things are just ignored or allowed. A customers car should be treated with respect at 100% whether the customer is watching or not. More

Dishonesty is there service. Go elsewhere for your repairs. Had several repairs made, new tires brakes repairs ect. $5000.00 + add have to return, load metal metal noise and they Go elsewhere for your repairs. I arrived at 7:00am and left 11:15am. Not organized in who got there before as the person telling us were to go would fill the first two lines.
